Services and Fees

 Bench Fee:
If you prefer to bring your computer to us for repair, there is a minimum service fee of $65. Additional hours after the first hour will be charged at the rate of $40 per hour. (Does not include parts necessary for repair.)

 On-Site Repair Services:
For on-site repair service, there is a minimum service fee of $80 (for customers within 10 miles of the Murray City Limits). Follow-up hours are charged at the rate of $40 per hour. (Does not include parts necessary for repair.)

For customers outside the Murray service area, additional mileage and travel time is determined by the type of project and time involved. Please call for more information.

 Clean Start Service:
Are the problems with your computer just completely unmanageable? You may need a "clean start". For a flat fee, we can partition, format and reload your computer with a fresh operating system (you provide the disks and/or license), clean it thoroughly inside and out, and deliver it back to you ready for a new beginning.
